Frequently Asked Questions
We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May-October). Popular dates can book up quickly, so the earlier you reach out, the better chance we'll have availability for your special day.
We require a 25% retainer fee to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the wedding. Cancellations more than 6 months out receive a 50% refund of the retainer. Cancellations less than 6 months out forfeit the retainer. Date changes are accommodated when possible, subject to availability.
You'll receive a sneak peek of 15-20 edited images within 1 week of your wedding. The complete gallery is typically delivered within 6-8 weeks. Rush editing services are available for an additional fee if you need your photos sooner.
Absolutely! We love capturing weddings in beautiful destinations. Travel fees apply for locations beyond 50 miles from San Francisco. For destination weddings, client covers travel, accommodation, and a per diem. Contact us for a custom quote based on your location.
